Come celebrate the Vietnamese New Year with us and get a mulligan, maybe kiss someone different this time.

So Ba In Creative Loafings “Best Of”
We did not really expect it in our first year of being open, but So Ba landed the runner up position or Best Vietnamese restaurant here in Atlanta for the Creative Loafing “Best Of Atlanta” series.
Not bad at all considering we had our grand opening just a few months ago.

Egg Rolls & Spring Rolls
Cha Gio – Egg Rolls: Ground Pork, carrots, mushrooms, and noodles rolled in rice paper and fried to a golden brown and served with sweetened fish sauce.
Goi Cuon – Spring Rolls: Shrimp, pork, lettuce, seasonal herbs and vermicelli noodles rolled in fresh rice paper and served with peanut sauce.
Goi Cuon Thit Nuong – Spring Rolls: Grilled slices of pork, lettuce and vermicelli noodles rolled in fresh rice paper and served with peanut sauce.
Goi Cuion Chay – Vegetarian Spring Rolls: Tofu, lettuce, seasonal herbs and vermicelli noodles rolled in fresh rice paper and served with peanut sauce.
Com – Broken Jasmine Rice
Broken rice accompanied by a bed of fresh lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes and served with sweetened fish sauce.
We have quite a few Com dishes, two of which are extra special.
One comes with a pork chop, shredded pork, steamed omelet and a sunny side up egg.
Bun – Vietnamese Rice Vermicelli

Our Bun is served on a bed of fresh lettuce, cucumbers, pickled carrots and daikon, bean sprouts, seasonal herbs and crushed peanuts with sweetened fish sauce.
Pho – Vietnamese Noodle Soup
(Not sure how to pronounce Pho? Here’s a passionate explanation from a Pho enthusiast… even has some great audio.)
“Pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup, usually served with beef (pho bo) or chicken (pho ga). The soup includes noodles made from rice and is often served with basil, lime, bean sprouts, and peppers that are added to the soup by the consumer.” – WikiPedia
